Those are all our current goals and strengths visualised:

Which issues could be optimised:

1. KISS: Keep it simple and stupid

2. get to know new technologies (every single participant should get a glimpse of a specific web framework)

3. to be quicker at developing Webapps than before

4. resolve exceptions quicker then previously

5. passing the exams on first attempt and finishing the project at the same time

6. finding customers that might use your app

Means to achive those changes:

1. Youtrack: put Cards in Backlog which contain the due dates

2. Look once every week if all deadlines are keeped

3. rewrite spagetti-code --> that way we will become more familiar with framework details

4. resolve Exceptions: be checking the documentation and rewrite code

5. don't get to much bogged down into the details
